Mann Biomedical Park is a 167 acre facility in Santa Clarita, California.

Alfred Mann purchased the property from Legacy Partners. It was previously owned by Lockheed and was the location of skunkwork operations throughout the eighties and nineties.

Mr. Mann bought the park in 2002 to accomodate several of his own companies.  There are also independent tenants who lease office space on the property.
